No pet fee. Dogs especially like the deck, where they can watch the local wildlife.

Primary bedroom has ensuite bath with shower. Second full bath is near entry. Desk is in living room with view of treetops and mountains.

You will have the entire house to yourself.
The driveway is shared with the house next door. This house is TO THE RIGHT and has its own parking area for 3 cars.
The terrain of Orcas is gorgeous, but the hills also mean that your cell coverage will be spotty. We have reliable wifi with a local provider. Many of our guests have used it for video conferencing while working from the house.
Dog Owners
We welcome your pets in our home and do not charge a pet fee.
*PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE OR BEDS. We will charge an extra cleaning fee of $30 if there is excess hair on the furniture or beds.
*Use the dog towels in the entry closet. White towels are for people only!
*Dogs are not allowed on the sofa or beds.
*Dogs should be left alone only in their crates. Ideally, please take them with you.
*Doggie bags are under the kitchen sink. Put them in the trash, never in the toilet.
If you allow your pets on the furniture and they leave excess hair for my housekeeper to remove, I will charge an additional $30 cleaning fee. Please help us keep the house clean for other guests by keeping your pets off of the couch and beds.
