What you'll find at the Best Nest in Tubac
General
No pet fee. Sunny one bedroom, 1.5 bath home with private walled patio, sky deck (new furniture for Summer 2025!) and onsite parking. All except the sky-deck are on the ground level. The pool and hot tub are open and heated year-round.
High ceilings, great natural light, separate desk nook and upgraded appliances and finishes. We've included hotel-grade linens and towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Log in to your accounts with our Smart TV and Bose sound bar that connects to your devices.
We've added a queen sofa bed in the living room. With more than 2 guests, we will provide sheets and pillows for you to use on the bed. The half bath is off of the living room.
Back for 2025 - organic coffee beans to ease your arrival. Also check out two indie coffee shops in Tubac!

Other Details
NO PETS ON THE FURNITURE OR BED.
Leave them alone only while in a crate.
Pick up all pet waste and put the bags in the trash.
EXCESS PET HAIR: If you allow pets on the couch and bed and my housekeeper has to remove excess hair, we will charge an additional $30 cleaning fee.
Please help us keep the house clean for other guests by keeping your pets off of the furniture.
QUEEN SOFA BED
If you plan to use the sofa bed, message me when you reserve the house so we know to leave sheets and pillows for you.
POOL TOWELS:
Use the yellow/orange towels at the pool and hot tub.
Towels are not available at the pool. There are restrooms and an outdoor shower.
TRIP INSURANCE
A friendly recommendation: please purchase trip insurance!
If you are unable to travel at the last minute, the booking platforms will not return your fees. Do not ask me to take on the financial burden of your misfortune. Buy trip insurance!
